hook them both up for faster response of the wastegate (see instructions that came with your boost controller on how to do it) or cap one (but put a hole in the cap, so it can still breathe... cap is just to keep dirt out, not make it air tight), and run it as a single port (like stock). i can't remember if u're supposed to cap the top or bottom one off hand. the benefit of going single is that it's less likely to blow out the actuator (which happens sometimes with dual port setup).
